Storage Supervisor (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, including handling goods, receiving and dispatching shipments, packaging, and conducting inventory checks.
• Manage computer systems for data entry, document and invoice printing, ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Communicate with clients regarding their wine storage needs.
• Collaborate with the operations team to effectively complete assigned tasks within and across departments.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Form 5 (or equivalent) with knowledge of wine.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations; experience in the wine storage industry is preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Word and Excel, with knowledge of Chinese and English input methods.
• Honest, reliable, and courteous; organized and responsible with a strong team spirit; diligent, detail-oriented, and physically fit.
• Immediate availability is highled preferred.
