What you will do:
- Assist in all wine services in the restaurants
- Create and maintain the wine list, manage inventory of wines and ensure proper storage and serving of wines
- Assist Outlet Manager / Director of Wine for the efficient and beverage cost effective functioning of the restaurant
- Propose beverage and wine changes, and gather guests' feedbacks on improvements on food & beverage products
- Maintain food & beverage and service quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction
- A strong command of English
What you need to have:
- Solid and strong wine knowledge is a must
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hotels or western fine dining restaurants
- Excellent communication to understand and respond to guests' needs & requirements
- Holder of WSET or recognized sommelier certification is required
