Assistant Brand Manager (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Job Duties:

  • Assist in creating and implementing brand strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics within the wine and spirits sector.
  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on both on-trade (bars, restaurants) and off-trade (retail) initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, marketing team, and sales department to ensure consistent brand messaging and effectiveness across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and assist in reporting results, recommending adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including on-trade and off-trade customers, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast inventory needs accurately, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Branding or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably within the wine and spirits industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for brand building in the beverage sector.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
