Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to develop food & beverage concept, structure and supervise for the outlets.
- Oversee the development and implementation of food and beverage strategies with products and services that meet the Hotel’s target customer needs, service strategy and initiatives.
- Direct, control, co-ordinate and participate in all food & beverage activities.
- Assist in preparing annual F&B budget and developing F&B policies, procedures and guidelines for the Department.
- Ensure that Hotel standards of food & beverage preparation and service are maintained.
- Develop and maintain the customers’ database, promote and maintain good public relations with Hotel clientele.
- Attend to operational problems, guest complaints, inquiries and requests.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in food & beverage operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level.
- University graduate in related discipline.
- Excellent presentation, counseling and negotiation skills.
- Fluent spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
