Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to develop food & beverage concept, structure and supervise for the outlets.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of food and beverage strategies with products and services that meet the Hotel’s target customer needs, service strategy and initiatives.
  • Direct, control, co-ordinate and participate in all food & beverage activities.
  • Assist in preparing annual F&B budget and developing F&B policies, procedures and guidelines for the Department.
  • Ensure that Hotel standards of food & beverage preparation and service are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain the customers’ database, promote and maintain good public relations with Hotel clientele.
  • Attend to operational problems, guest complaints, inquiries and requests.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in food & beverage operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level.
  • University graduate in related discipline.
  • Excellent presentation, counseling and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
