Bartender/Barmaid (Sommelier and Chef Jobs: Bars)

Responsibilities:

• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Mixology Skills: Utilize knowledge of mixology to craft innovative cocktails and specialty drinks that enhance the guest experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, assist in ordering, and ensure proper storage and rotation of stock.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, always adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to always ensure smooth operations.

 Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a nightlife or hospitality setting, with at least 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Familiarity with POS systems and transactions procedures.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bartending certification is a plus.
